Exemption Request to Maintain Existing Swimming Pool
Under the requirements of Stage 3 Water Restrictions, a customer wanting to top up an existing pool or spa with a capacity of 2000 or more is required to submit a Water Conservation Plan to Council for approval.
The Water Conservation Plan should set out proposed water savings that will be achieved on an annual basis to off-set the volume of water required to maintain the pool.
The form can be filled in online then printed out and sent into Council for approval.
